Kim Bespoke is looking for a Marketing Leader with the ability to develop strategic plans, lead a team, and build the image of a luxury fashion brand in a structured and professional manner.
Job Description:
- Develop annual, quarterly, and monthly marketing plans for the brand together with the management team; implement and monitor all activities within the approved plan.
- Take responsibility for the monthly marketing budget.
- Plan, execute, and organize company events, while managing promotional activities for each event; directly participate on set for photoshoots and filming sessions, including detailed planning and script development.
- Research the company’s products, competitors, and consumer demand for similar product lines in the market in order to propose effective marketing solutions for the brand.
- Manage Kim Bespoke’s marketing channels, including fanpage, website, email, and other platforms.
- Supervise visual design tasks and provide creative briefs to designers to ensure all materials align with the spirit of each marketing campaign.
- Monitor, analyze, and adjust marketing content across all communication channels; handle communication crises when they arise, if any.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by the direct manager.
Candidate Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or related fields.
- At least 02 years of experience in equivalent positions.
- Strong understanding of communications, advertising, and event organization; experience in the fashion industry is preferred.
- Strong knowledge and skills in content creation, brand communication, and the ability to capture social media trends.
