Huynh Kim Bao is the Founder and CEO of Kim Bespoke and Co-founder of Kim x KIM. Since 2017, he has shaped Kim Bespoke’s approach to bespoke menswear through a combination of tailoring heritage, international service experience and a strong focus on personal style.

His role extends beyond business leadership. For selected commissions, Huynh Kim Bao is directly involved in style consultation, silhouette direction, fabric selection and fitting. He also contributes to consultation standards, client experience, Groom Styling development and the training of Kim Bespoke’s advisory team.

Career Journey & Defining Milestones

Huynh Kim Bao’s career began with hospitality studies at Les Roches in Switzerland, followed by professional experience at JW Marriott Indianapolis, InterContinental and Renaissance. Since 2017, he has applied this international service foundation to building Kim Bespoke, combining hands-on involvement in fit, fabric, fitting and client experience with growing recognition in contemporary bespoke menswear.

2009

Enrolled at Les Roches in Switzerland to study Hospitality Management

2013

Completed his studies at Les Roches after gaining international experience at JW Marriott Indianapolis

2016

Worked in premium hospitality at InterContinental and Renaissance in Vietnam

2017

Returned to his family’s tailoring business and began developing Kim Bespoke

Bespoke Tailoring & Garment Development

Focuses on developing each garment around the wearer’s body, posture, movement and intended use. The expertise covers silhouette direction, proportion, fabric selection, personalisation and fitting review, ensuring that every bespoke piece is shaped by individual requirements rather than a standard template.

Personal Styling & Wardrobe Direction

Centres on building a coherent personal image through tailored clothing, colour, dress codes and accessories. The scope includes occasion dressing, wardrobe planning, suit and tuxedo selection, multiple-look coordination and Groom Styling, with each recommendation aligned to the wearer’s lifestyle, role and setting.

Dressing Etiquette & Sartorial Education

Covers the principles behind appropriate and refined dressing across business, formal and social contexts. The expertise includes dress codes, suit etiquette, formalwear conventions, accessories and professional presentation, translated into practical guidance through Dressing Etiquette workshops and educational content.
