Kim Bespoke is looking for a Partnership Executive who is capable of building, maintaining, and expanding a strong partner network across the wedding, event, corporate, and premium lifestyle sectors.

Job Description

Manage Existing Partners — Wedding Services Industry

  • Maintain, develop, and strengthen relationships with Kim Bespoke’s strategic partners in the wedding services sector.
  • Ensure the brand’s presence and maintain regular interaction frequency according to targets set by the Brand Manager, especially on important occasions such as company anniversaries, founders’ birthdays, or key events hosted by partners.
  • Contribute creative ideas to refresh partner engagement approaches and co-organize activities that support mutual growth in both sales performance and brand awareness.
  • Take responsibility for customer lead targets and revenue generated from partner referrals, as well as the volume of customer referrals delivered to partners.

Expand the Partnership Network

  • Connect with and expand Kim Bespoke’s partner network across corporate clients, five-star hotels, and premium wedding venues.
  • Organize and participate in workshops related to Kim Bespoke’s areas of expertise.
  • Take responsibility for the value generated from new partnership networks, based on targets set by the Brand Manager.

Candidate Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, or related fields.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar position.
  • Proficient in using computers and basic office software tools.
  • Candidates with experience in client or partner management from the banking sector or five-star hotels will be at an advantage.
  • Proactive, creative, responsible, and highly committed to contributing to the team.
  • Flexible at work, with a growth mindset and a strong desire for self-development throughout the working process.
